rigorous standards for capital and employment impact:
- Targeted Employment Areas (TEA): A minimum investment of $800,000 is
required for projects in rural or high-unemployment areas.
- Standard Investment: $1,050.000 for projects located outside of designated
TEAs.
- Employment Impact: Each investment must demonstrate the creation of at least
10 permanent, full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.
